2. Description of Service

MarketersAssets.com provides a Sovereign AI Marketing Operating System that includes 32 AI modules for marketing asset generation, automation, and sovereign code export functionality.

The Service allows users to generate marketing materials, export source code, and receive legal ownership documentation for exported materials.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

Pricing: Service fees are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Even if you export code during the trial period, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, and you may keep the exported materials.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

4. Sovereign Export & Intellectual Property

Code Ownership: When you perform a Sovereign Export, you receive a perpetual license to use, modify, and deploy the exported source code for personal and commercial purposes.

Usage Rights: You may:

  • Deploy the code on unlimited servers for your own use
  • Modify and customize the code for your needs
  • Use it for client projects and commercial purposes

Restrictions: You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the source code as a competing SaaS product
  • Remove copyright notices or attribution
  • Share or distribute the code to third parties who haven't purchased their own license

5. Asset Vault & Performance Tracking

The Asset Vault feature allows you to track and share marketing assets you create using our platform.

Verification: Performance data and asset verification are based on your input and self-reported metrics. We do not independently verify performance claims.

Sharing: You are responsible for the accuracy of information you share about your assets via WhatsApp or other channels. False or misleading claims may result in account termination.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Generate spam, malicious content, or fraudulent materials
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share account credentials with others

7. Limitation of Liability
