This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on MarketersAssets.com ("we," "our," or "us"), a UAE-based SaaS platform providing AI-powered marketing tools and digital asset services. This policy covers both subscription plans and one-time purchases made through the Platform.
By purchasing any product or service on MarketersAssets.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. This policy is effective as of March 3, 2026 and is designed in full compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023 on the Executive Regulations of the Consumer Protection Law.

All monthly subscription plans purchased on MarketersAssets.com include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. We stand behind the quality of our platform and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method (PayPal). Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Monthly subscription renewals that occur after the initial 30-day guarantee period are non-refundable. Once a renewal payment has been processed beyond the 30-day window, it is not eligible for a refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days remaining in a billing cycle.
To avoid unwanted renewal charges, we recommend cancelling your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings under "Manage Subscription."
Sovereign Ownership packages are non-refundable digital products. These are one-time purchases that transfer legal ownership of a specific digital asset, including generation of a Legal Ownership Deed PDF and delivery of the associated source code. Once the Legal Ownership Deed PDF has been generated and the source code has been delivered, the transaction is considered final and no refund will be issued.
The irreversible nature of this product is due to the unique, personalised nature of the legal documentation and intellectual property transfer involved.

If you believe either exception applies to your purchase, you must contact us at refunds@marketersassets.com within 7 days of the purchase date, providing detailed evidence supporting your claim. Each case will be reviewed individually.
MarketersAssets.com operates an affiliate program that rewards partners for referring new customers. If a referred customer receives a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the corresponding affiliate commission earned for that referral will be reversed and deducted from the affiliate's account balance.
Commission reversals apply only within the original 30-day guarantee window. Commissions earned on subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day period are not subject to reversal due to the non-refundable nature of renewal payments. Affiliates are encouraged to refer customers who are a genuine fit for the platform to maintain commission integrity.
We strongly encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication, and we are committed to responding promptly to all refund inquiries.

Important: Chargebacks filed without prior contact with our support team may result in immediate account suspension and a permanent ban from the MarketersAssets.com platform, including all associated services. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback where our refund policy terms have not been violated and where direct resolution was not attempted.
