This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data when you use the MarketersAssets AI Marketing OS platform ("Platform").

Your data may be processed on servers located outside the UAE. • Row-Level Security on all database tables

• Secure authentication with session management

In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the UAE Data Office and affected individuals in accordance with applicable timelines under the PDPL.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by UAE law:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 5 years after closure for legal compliance
• Transaction records: Retained for 5 years in accordance with UAE commercial and tax law
• Usage logs: Retained for 12 months then anonymised or deleted
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn plus 3 years

The Platform is not directed at or intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 18, contact us immediately at privacy@marketersassets.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
